If you only have a few hours to explore Oxnard head straight to the Annex Food Hall. There’s something for everyone, even for the pickiest eaters! Grab an acai bowl or smoothie from the Blend Superfood Bar or a cappuccino and blueberry muffin at Ragamuffin Coffee Roasters. The Annex has plenty of seating, so everyone can get what they like and enjoy a meal together.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to treat yourself, you can’t go wrong with Larsen’s Grill or Settebello.
Larsen’s is a prime steakhouse that’s a little on the pricier side, but it’s worth the splurge. Settebello has a fun lively atmosphere with an amazing selection of pizza Napoletana and pasta.

As a parent, it’s not every day that we get to have a night out to ourselves. So on those special occasions, you have to make the most of it. The Collection at RiverPark is great because it takes out the guesswork of what to do.

Spend the afternoon at the kids’ outdoor playground or bring a ball to run around the grassy area near the park. There are also turtles near the park and so many beautiful art murals and installations to explore. How many can you count?
